Michael Hormaechea is a Boise native with 19 years of real estate development experience, and is directly responsible for over $38,000,000 in residential development of townhomes and condominiums in Boise, Eagle and McCall, Idaho during his career. Mr. Hormaechea’ s family partnership also owns and manages Forest River, a 170,000 square feet Class A office park that neighbors The Afton property. Michael is intimately familiar with the existing neighborhood as well as local market conditions and is sensitive to the need for healthy downtown residential expansion in his hometown. The Afton has the full support of the City of Boise Planning Department and has received City Design Review approval.
